Family science nights

The Monash Science Centre is keen to support schools with Family Science Nights. It is rewarding for family members to experience together the fun of learning while sharing experiences in the fascinating world of science.

The Science behind Harry Potter – Potions!

Why not turn your school into “Sciworts” for the evening? Following a highly successful school holiday program, we are delighted to offer you sessions covering the Science behind Harry Potter. These evenings are themed, where presenters and students are encouraged to come in character. Your wizards create colour-changing potions, mouth fizzing powders, mountain troll snot and much, much more!

In addition to the themed nights, we also cater for themes based on our current suite of classroom lessons
