Ethics approval

Monash University generally requires researchers to obtain a clearance for any research or teaching involving human or animal experimentation.

It is advisable that you make your application early as it can take up to two months to gain the necessary ethics approval for your research. Where required you must include in the front pages of your completed thesis a statement that ethics requirements have been met.
