Part 1: Introduction

This document outlines the policies and guidelines applying to the course Master of Science Preliminary (course code 0054).

A separate policy document exists for the course Master of Science by research (course code 2700).

This document should be read in conjunction with the Faculty of Science Master of Science regulations, available online as part of the Monash University Calendar or from the Graduate Studies Officer of the Faculty of Science (see 'Part 18: Further information').
